Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please do not send returns to the sender's address on the package you received. Returns will not be accepted without submitting the return request first.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy
- All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Clearance items and items discounted 30% or greater are final sale cannot be returned.
- Personal items such as Swimwears, Bodysuits, Intimates, Pasties, Tights or Hosiery, Jewelry, Hats or Accessories etc. cannot be returned.
- Personalized or Custom made-to-order items cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all costs, and no refund will be issued.
- The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The original shipping charges of the order are non-refundable.

How to Make Your Return
Step 1: Contact us at service@cindelily.com to initiate your return. After you've requested a return, we will reply to you within 48 hours.

Step 2: We will send you our return address once your return is approved.  Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 3: Mail back your item(s) with a carrier of your choice

Step 4: Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 bussiness days after we receive your item(s). Cindelily reserves the right to decline a return that does not comply with our return policy.

Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange policy
Exchange is not available at this time. All exchange requests will be processed as returns. If you want to exchange the item(s), you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund for your first order. At the same time, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@cindelily.com.
